Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: robotic experience, scrub nurse experience helpful.

Required Credentials: Driver's License/State ID req for sub

Shift & Scheduling: M-F rotating 8 or 10 hours shifts starting and ending between 0700-1900. Call: based on department needs - currently at one day during the week and as needed on the weekends; Holiday: call hours

Floating Requirements: may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
