Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

Required:

One year of inpatient psych experience

Must be willing to float and take charge

Previous psychiatric / substance inpatient experience - Preferred

Restraint Reduction de-escalation / crisis intervention experience - Preferred

Effective oral and written communication
