Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Montana license or compact license

NRP (Required)

Advanced AWHONN FHM (Preferred)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: MUST BE experienced in labor, delivery, and post partum care.

Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds: 20. They WILL take couplets. A bonus is if they have additional experience in high risk pregnancy as we also care for ante partum patients.

Special Requests: Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 Request. RTO: Required at time of submission.

Shift & Scheduling: Straight night shift position with expectation to take 4-call shifts in your 13-week contract. 3-4 call shifts/8-week block. Weekend Coverage: Every Other.

Floating Requirements: Float to Peds and NICU required, but can "safety sit" on any unit. Floating is primarily within the service line (Pediatrics and NICU) but there are times where there is a need for 1:1 sitting in another area or ED. Rarely would they float to Med Surg as helping hands unless they choose to take an assignment.
