Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 3 years.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 12 months acute care experience in the United States is required. Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁/𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: Number of beds- 18-24 / unit

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: No block schedule / No 48 hour

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed / No call
