RTO must be listed at time of submission.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years

Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

• Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

• Special Procedures: Ability to perform MBS is a plus

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy: Permanent staff must be separated from Providence for a minimum of 3 months to return as a traveler.

Unit Details: Travelers can only work for a maximum of 1 calendar year in their assignment. Travelers are then required to take a minimum of a 6-month break before returning for another traveler assignment at the same facility.

Housing: Please have your traveler look into housing options in the area, as options may be limited

Required Credentials: Cert: BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only
