Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Guaranteed Hours 36

Weekend Requirements: Where the needs are we put our traveler

Holiday Requirements: We try to not schedule travelers but there may be an occasional time we need to do that

Floating Requirement: we float to the Meridian, Nampa hospitals and have to sit with pts on other floors. The travelers also float to my Antepartum which is a 13 bed high-risk Antepartum unit. First to float.

L&D/PP/MB (LDRP):

• L&D Beds 16 and 13 Antepartum beds
• OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections 3
• Triage beds 8
• Postpartum beds 32 beds on Mother Baby Care Unit on another floor. We are on the 2nd floor.
• Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios? Yes
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Preeclampsia, Previa, Twins, Diabetics

Experience or 'Must have' skills: LDR, circulate the OR

Are RNs required to titrate drips? Pitocin, and Insulin

Scrub Color/Dress code: We supply scrubs
