Requirements

Experience

24 months of Home Health experience is required.

Experience with Oasis is required.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 24 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Hawaii license in hand at the time of application.

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

2+ year Nursing experience required.

6 months of Home Health experience required.

Active and clear driver's license and car insurance required.

Homecare Home Base and OASIS required.

Bachelor's degree - preferred

Case Manager experience - preferred

Shift Notes: 40 hours guaranteed weekly

Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)
