Required Skills and Experience: This position supports interventional cardiology as well structural heart and EP procedures in the Cath Lab. Ability to scrub and monitor Cath, EP, and Watchman procedures. Scrub, EKG, Balloon angioplasty, PCI, Stents, thrombectomy, pacemaker, diagnostic catheterizations pediatric/neonatal, impella insertion, left/right heart cath, rotablader, pacemakers. Community Hospital Experience. Procedural Responsibilities, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Cardiac Cath Lab Procedures, Impella insertion, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Temporary Pacemaker, Neurological Studies/Procedures, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy

Preferred Skills and Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience. Accurate monitoring, Perform EKG lead placement, Angioplasty, Chest Tube Placement, Embolization, ERCP, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Liver Biopsy, Paracentesis, Radio embolization, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Carotid Stenting, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Endovascular Interventions, TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt), Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Arrhythmia Induction, Baseline Measurements, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Mapping, Cardioversion, Conduction Studies, Electrophysiology Evaluation, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Pacemaker Insertion, Tilt Table Study, ASD Closures, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, ECMO, Hemodynamic monitoring, Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation/Replacement (TAVI/TAVR), Watchman, Carotid Angiography, Discogram, Vertebroplasty, Catheter/drain exchange, Cystoscopy, Gastrostomy, Nephrostomy, Percutaneous Stone Extraction, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Ureteral Stent Placement, McKesson / Abbott mapping system. Coil Embolization. Venous Access. EKG Settings preferred: Cardiology Clinic, Cardia Rehab, Inpatient, Outpatient, Pacemakers, Obtaining Vitals, Rhythm Interpretation, Sinus Node Rhythms, Holter Monitoring and Stress Tests. Preferred: Siemens cath lab, Shockwave, Rotoblader/CSI, Angiojet, Philips Allura FD 20.

Required Credentials: Government issued photo ID. Drivers License/State ID. BLS ACLS must be AHA, RQI, ARC, or American Safety and Health Institute.

Preferred Credentials: AART Advanced Cert

Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Rotating call during the week and on weekends. Call coverage is 1800-0730 Mon thru Friday and 0730-0730 Sat and Sun.
