Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
12 months of Emergency Department experience is required from last 3 months.
BSN completion preferred
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Unit Specific Details:
- Unit Size: 30 beds, 14 Fast Track beds and additional hallway beds as needed.
- Patient Population: All ages and medical complaints. No trauma.
- *Ratios are never guaranteed but what the unit attempts to achieve with normal staffing. Ratios are subject to change based on staffing.
Every other weekend/major holiday (required)
Copy of Diploma/Earned Degree Required
Recent Critical Care experience (preferred)
Experience with conscious sedation (required)
CPI/De-escalation training (required)
MUST pass EKG Exam at Orientation (Study Guide Available in Simplify Library)
Scrubs: Navy blue, white or any combination of the two colors.
