Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Oncology Unit experience is required.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and holiday. No on call.

Education: Associate Degree or Certification required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: 1 year on MSO Unit preferred.

Certifications: AACN Required

Unit Specific Skillset: MedSurg Oncology unit. Patient population mainly consists of surgical oncology and medical oncology patients. Very small population coming in to receive chemo treatments.
