Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
36 months of Nurse Management experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.
BSN completion required
Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Additional Details:

MedSurg Manager

On-call rotation

Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in a Med/Surg or acute care environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with shared governance and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with staffing optimization, patient throughput, and evidence-based care.

  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing nursing teams.
