Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
BS completion required
Trauma Level 2 experience is required from any number of months
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday; Start times can vary between 7am -830am

Block Schedules: No

Call & Weekend Requirement: As Needed

Orientation: 80 Hours - UWH orientation is held every other week – typically on a Monday. Travelers will orient at 600 Highland Ave, room F8/170 (subject to change). Orientation is typically about one week

RTO Requirements: Manager will review/approve during candidate review process.

Generally, all job postings will state that weekend rotations and some holidays will be required

Required Skills / Experience: Two (2) years clinical interventional imaging experience

Preferred Skills / Experience: Previous Charge Experience

Trauma Level I Experience

Neuro (stroke) experience

Required Credentials: Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit: Use multiple imaging modalities for diagnostic and interventional purposes (Fluoro, Ultrasound, CT, and MR).

Types of Patients on Unit: Image inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, and intra-operative patients

Patient Population: Adults

Equipment Used on Unit: We have GE and Siemens equipment (preferred but not a deal breaker)

Unit Details: 5 Rooms, 505 Beds

Others: Scrubbing in for procedures is not standard practice at our facility

Parking: Permit required through UW Transportation if parking onsite

Other transportation options are available: bus, park & ride, private parking, etc.
