Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Utah license or compact license

ACLS (Required)

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Circulator experience with strong ortho, spine and GYN background. Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Davinici Xi training, Mako experience.

Procedures /Diagnostics/Treatments Performed: Everything by hearts and neuro.

Unit Detail: 4 ORs.

Shift & Scheduling: One call day a week, One weekend a month.
