Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Must have Adult, NICU and PEDS experience*

Certs: RRT preferred but will accept CRT with at least 3-5 years of experience.

Types of patients: Adults- all floors, Peds, NICU.

Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have at least 2-3 years experience if RRT, 3-5 years experience if CRT, okay with first time travelers. If the are going to NICU need to know how to do NAVA (naturally adjusted ventilatory assist) on Cervo vents.

Scheduler will make schedule, travelers will be filled in where there is a need. Do try to accommodate blocks as best they can, not guaranteed. Overtime may be available.

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend.

Holiday Requirements: Required to work if here during the holiday.

Floating Requirements: May float to Meridian Medical Center and Nampa Medical Center.

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any color as long as clean and professional.

How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: Typically 2-3 shifts. 1 shift for adult floor care and if doing Peds will 1 shift there as well as 1 shift in NICU if covering. If they will be covering adult ICU will get an additional shift here.
