Travel Nurse (RN) - Cardiovascular Operating Room

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience Must have general experience

Large (500+ beds), academic, teaching hospital experience required

Minimum of 2 years OR RN experience with recent experience and high competency in cardiovascular/open heart OR

Required Credentials: Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained

This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit

Unit/Facility Details: Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area

Reliable transportation required (personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended)

Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April

Special Requests: No block schedules for any reason

Shift & Scheduling: Monday to Sunday

Assignment for 16-32 weeks

0645-1715

With one/two 12 weekday calls (1900-0715)

Usually only one weekday call unless short staffed

One full weekend of call every 5 weeks

Floating Requirements: May be required to float to other OR suites (general, ortho, neuro, ENT, etc.) - If floated, circulating required, but not scrub
