Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Must be willing to be Charge RN.

Weekend: Rotating

Call Requirements: No

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Must have skills/experiences:

-2+ Years of Hospital/Specialty experience

-Care for infants requiring CPAP or Ventilation

-Experience with Central Lines

-Stabilization experience/attending deliveries

-Developmental care

Patient Experience Required: Family centered care

Floating Guidelines: Possibility to float to Newborn Nursery

Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed.
