Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Intermediate Care Unit experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is required from the last 12 months

Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must have post-op 1-day hearts open/closed experience.

• Willing to review candidates with no A-Line experience that have OH (CABG) experience.

• Cardiothoracic, Vascular Experience

• Cardiac Experience

Unit/Facility Details:

• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained. This facility requires all work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.

• Public Transportation is not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.
