Additional Details:

Home Health/Hospice

Preferred Skills/Experience: One year of acute care experience in a hospital setting or similar healthcare setting preferred

One year home health and hospice experience preferred

In compliance with patient safety standards, must be able to effectively communicate in English; Bilingual abilities preferred

Required Credentials: Completion of an accredited Nursing program

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)

Shift & Scheduling: One weekend day required every 2–3 weekends; on call once weekly and on worked weekend nights.
