Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 3 years.

BSN completion required

1 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Special Requests: No scheduling requests. October Start Dates - aiming for 10/13 or 10/20 start dates. Weekly start dates 4-6 weeks on average needed to complete compliance.

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Unit Details: Pediatric Float Pool - General Peds, PICU, and Neonatal ICU experience

Shift & Scheduling: Total # of Hours Per Week- Cornell requires 40.25; rotating 3-4-3-4 schedule. Every other weekend.

Required Skills/Experience: Cornell requires experience at a large academic setting (teaching hospital) experience. Skills Checklist in required skill set – matching order skill set.
