Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Required to circulate, sedate and monitor.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Highly prefer both EP and Cath experience. STEMI receiving center experience, highly prefer structural heart, at a minimum must be able to monitor and sedate.
Scrubbing preferred.

Types of Patients on Unit: Right and left cardiac catheterization, diagnostic and interventional, STEMI, EP, pacers, ICD, Ablations, structural heart, TAVR, watchman and mitral clip.

Unit Details: Suites/labs 4

Shift & Scheduling:

Weeknight/Call Requirement: 1 weeknight per week. (2 nurses and a tech on call)
Weekend/Call Requirement: 1 weekend every 4 weeks. Consecutive Saturday and Sunday.
Holiday/Call Requirement: Expected to help fill in
What is call response time? Must be in lab ready in 30 minutes. Stemi response time is tracked.

Floating Requirements: Cath lab can assist in CVOR- second circulator. To help if needed.
