Travel Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care Unit

No block scheduling requests.

Cannot have an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in the past 12 months.

Must be able to start within 4-5 weeks to apply

Cardiac Telemetry, Chest tubes, Cardiac drips (NTG, Cardizem, Amiodarone), Post Cath Patients, post-surgical patients to include open heart, lung patients, general surgery patients, post op orthopedic patients that require cardiac monitoring.

Must have skills:

• PCU experience
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythms and surgical patients
• Chest tube management, epidurals

Procedures performed on unit: Post cardiac Cath, EP studies, device placements, groin management, chest tubes, post op surgical patients, Critical drips, epidurals, PCA

Floating Area: ICU taking PCU type patients, PCU, Med-surg (taking 5 patients)

Scrub Color: Navy or white, can mix or match

Weekends and on call: Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts
