Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience within the past 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

CCRN (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Acute Care Nursing Experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Rehabilitation experience including documentation – GG scoring.

Required Credentials: If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend; Weekend nights are Fri/Sat.

• No call requirements.

Floating Requirements: Float occasionally to med/surg (rehab) as needed by hospital.
