Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

9 months of Operating Room experience is required from the last 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Burn Experience / Robotic Experience / Neuro Experience

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Burn: high acuity patients mostly from ICU: wound debridement, skin grafting, dressing change / Dental: restoration (cavities) and oral maxillofacial / ENT: T&A through parathyroidectomy and cochlear implants / Gastroenterology: EGD, colonoscopy / General - everything / Gynecology – ablations, vaginal/abdominal hysters / Neuro – stealth, spinal fusions, discectomy, craniotomy / Open Heart – CABG, fempop, fistulas / Ophthalmology – vitrectomy, cataracts, corneal transplant / Orthopedics – trauma, total joints, sports med / Plastics – breast augmentation/reconstruction / Pychiatry – electroconvulsive therapy / Robotics – gyn, general, urology / Trauma – damage control resuscitative surgery, neuro, ortho, general / Urology – cystoscopy, TURB, TURP, stents

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Weekends and On call(if any) / Rotate weekend call every four weeks, call utilized to fill evening/night staffing holes M-R and is evenly distributed among team. Typical call shifts are 2, 4, 8 or 12 hours. Every attempt is made to not schedule more than 60 hours of work and call combined in a week.

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: M-F / Saturday and Sunday / Trauma team (1 RN / 1 CST) available during off hours / 1 CST for L&D Call

𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘀: average 50 hours of surgical time (patient in room) Monday – Friday. Weekends vary with Saturday heavier than Sunday.
