Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License

CCC-SLP (Required)
