Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

12 months of Hospice experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with WellSky is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

This is an office based position that would be processing/scheduling new hospice referrals, triage current patient calls, re-ordering medications, and possible hitting the field to do patient visits.

Hospice & Triage experience required

Must be licensed in WA and preferably OR state nursing board

Must have active DL

Have a reliable vehicle to cover a 60 mile service radius

Valid auto insurance.

Tech System: Wellsky Consolo. just HIS

Clinician may float to Oregon sites therefore, Oregon RN license is encouraged, however not required at submittal. Application for OR licensure is required upon accepting the contract
