Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (possibly more if needed)

• Holiday Requirements: If there is a need

• Call or standby requirement: No

Floating Requirements: Will float to Tele here, try to keep a 1:3 ratio but may take full assignment. May also float to Meridian and Boise ICUs.

References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
