Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 60 months of Psychiatric Unit experience.
3 months of experience with RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System) is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license

BLS (Required)
CPI (Required)
ACLS (Preferred)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Flu declinations accepted on condition traveler wears a mask at all times.

Required Credentials: Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), or Crisis Prevention (CPI), or MANDT, or TEAM

Unit/Facility Details: Inpatient Adolescent psych unit.

Shift & Scheduling: 15-minute call response time for all units with a call requirement.

Floating Requirements: Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced/competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc.
