Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Shift & Scheduling:

Cannot guarantee that all work shifts will be consecutive but will try to allow occasional 3 day weekends.
Call is required. Call shifts are 1715-0630 weeknights (Monday through Friday) and 0630-0630 on weekends (Saturday OR Sunday). Amount of call will vary based on scheduling needs, but has been 4-5 weeknights plus 2-3 weekend shifts in a 6 week schedule period.
Weekend Req: Some Call

Floating Requirements: between Belleville and East as necessary, float to Shiloh campus
