Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience within the past 4 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Vaccinations

Required Skills/Experience: Must have experience with dialysis patients, cardiac skills, Tele -Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Preferred experience with PCU/ICU.

Shift & Scheduling: -Weekend Requirement EOW -Holiday Requirement Yes -Call or Standby Requirement No

Floating Requirements: First to Float -Region I: Primary to St Anne Hospital, but if needed, travelers will be required to float throughout Region One: St. Francis Hospital – Federal Way, WA; Virginia Mason Medical Center – Seattle, WA; St. Anne Hospital – Burien, WA. -floats to Tele units.
