Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 22 months of Oncology Clinic experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Required credentials: ONS/ONCC Advanced. Drivers License/State ID. Government issued photo ID. BLS must be AHA, ARC, RQI, or American Safety and Health Institute.

Unit and facility details: Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy administration. If candidate resides in one of the restricted counties, they are not eligible for assignment. Restricted Counties-Delta, Franklin, Red River, Hopkins, Bowie, Morris, Titus, Cass, Camp, Rains, Upshur, Marion, Van Zandt, Smith, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, and Panola.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
