Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Required)

CCRN (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience. Dialysis, SLED or equivalent.

Required Credentials: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Preferred Credentials: Education: Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.

Special Requests: No block scheduling.

Floating Requirements: Floating between facilities may be required between San Diego & San Diego Zion. May be asked to float to lower acuities. This position is subject to floating to units within the clinician's skill set.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.
