24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Acute Care Float Pool experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Med/Tele Float

**Floating requirements:**Travelers will be required to float between all six facilities within the Bassett Health Network as needed and on a daily basis. Must be able to work across different types of units and settings, adapting quickly to the needs of each facility, Mid-Shift Floating: There is a possibility of being floated mid-shift depending on operational needs. Flexibility is essential for this role, and travel. This float pool will support both med/tele and emergency departments throughout the network. Primary focus: Med/tele units, but may also be required to work in emergency rooms.

**Shift and scheduling:**Travelers will be notified approximately 2 hours prior to their shift where they are expected to report for the day.

Required skills/experience: Able to work independently and provide care across a variety of units, Strong background in critical care is required
