Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.
Patient Ratios – AWHONN ratios are the goal. Could be 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 (low acuity)
Type of equipment – Novii monitors, iMobile, headsets, pass-through skin-to-skin C-section drape, deep soaker tubs, light therapy, aroma therapy
EMR – CPN and Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· L&D experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Experience at facilities with >3000 births per year
· Patient preferences are central
Dress Code:
· Scrub Color - Navy Blue, any closed shoes
