Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: 7 pm to 7 am. Weekends would be every third weekend . Friday and Saturday nights. Sundays would be considered part of the regular work week but I could accommodate some flexibility with that night if needed.

Unit/Facility Details: We do all the same things a medical floor does except Heparin Drips.

Types of Patients on Unit: We have a high neuro population so being stroke certified definitely would be a plus but not a requirement .
