Effective 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) Must be nicotine free - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are required to qualify for submission. Please no non-supervisory references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.

Required Skills/Experience:
-Must have 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery Levell III or IV including scrub and circulating experience.
-Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled.
Previous Employment Requirements: Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
Exams/Assessments: PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
Facility does not accept any license hits.
