Requirements

Experience

60 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 36 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience.

ADN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Vaccinations

Neonatal Transport

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Ideally looking for someone who can perform transport responsibilities.

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor degree preferred.

Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend & Every 3rd holiday

On Call/Call Back Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Most of our transports would go to Madison or Rochester, as well as picking up babies from rural hospitals and bringing to Emplify Health
