Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license

CPI (Required)

13 - 26 week contract

No block scheduling can be considered at this time

Weekend Requirements: Every other Weekend and Holiday

On-Call- Requirements: None

May request one holiday off, no more than two days for holiday RTO will be considered.

Required Experience: De-escalation techniques and crisis Management.

Patient Population: Inpatient Adult Psych and various diagnosis

Certification: CPI/Aggression Management Program

Float Requirements: Yes, with Behavioral Health spaces

Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Any unacceptable attire: per VH dress code policy
