MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.

NDMIRT (required, takes 4 weeks to get)
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Electronic EMR (Epic), Sectra Pacs, Toshiba IR Machine, Siemens Ultrasound Unit.
Shift or schedule requirements: Yes, Employee will work independently for smaller interventional cases and in a two team pair for large angiography work. Yes, call is required; evening and weekend rotation.
Floating to other units/departments. Mainly working in Interventional Radiology with floating to other departments (Cat Scan) to assist with procedures
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. Two fluoro rooms, CT utilization, two mis rooms for Ultrasound procedures.
Dress Code: Hospital scrubs (supplied).
