Requirements
Experience
36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 36 months of Neurology Unit experience.
3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Credentials: Associate's Degree or Certificate
Unit/Facility Details:
- Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
- For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.
Special Requests: Holiday rotation (depending on need of the unit)
Shift & Scheduling:
- 0530-1800 (days) & 1730-0600 (nocs)
- Weekend: Every other weekend
- On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Floating Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius
