Additional Details:
Recent experience at a teaching facility and recent travel experience preferred.
Parking Paid parking options available on site. MetroRail transportation available if preferred.
No artificial/gel/powder nails are allowed per TCH's policy.
TCH requires any clinician that is or were perm staff to wait 6 months before applying for a traveler position. Please note this timeline may vary slightly because this timeline is based on the units discretion.
Weekend requirement every other weekend.
Minimum 3 years inpatient pediatric nursing experience
Provide direct inpatient nursing care in the Acute Care Float Pool covering seven Acute Care nursing units that include:
- Neurology/Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
- Surgical Orthopedic Trauma Unit
- General Medicine Transplant Unit
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
- Pulmonary Adolescent Diabetes Care Unit
- Pediatric Hospital Medicine Unit
- Overflow unit
Peds, Peds Med-Surg, Peds Transplant, Peds Rehab, and Peds Pulmonary - preferred
