Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: No block scheduling - must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible. Call Required. Weekend Requirement- rotates amongst staff weekly.

Types of Patients on Unit: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics

Required Credentials: DL/ID. Government-Issued Photo ID. The name on the Photo ID must match all of the candidates documentation.

Previous Employment Requirements: Any Permanent Employee at any LCMC facility must be gone for at least 1 year to be considered for travel.
