BJC policy: Every other weekend required.
RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

Must have 2 years level 1 Critical Care/ICU and PACU experience for 1st time traveler
Open to reviewing candidates with level 2 ICU experience, please call out to AM during submittal process
Daily Census: 70-90
Weekend REQ: No weekends, no call, no holidays
Skills REQ: Critical care experience, Inpatient, Level I Trauma Center, Phase I PACU, Dysrhythmia recognition/management, Blood Product Administration, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, IV vasopressors, ICP monitoring, Care of Ventilated patients, General
On-call REQ: No
Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks. The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned
Special Requirements:
Night shift would have to learn how to work up a preop patient

RTO must be on the submittal
No RTO the first week of an assignment.
Amount of RTO: please, no more than 7 days of RTO per 13-week contract, HIGHLY encouraged - (for Float pool, 7 days RTO max - hard rule)

Return Staff Policy:
Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.
All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75-mile radius) can stay for an 18-month period. Must take a 3-month break after 18 months.
