Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 12 months of Progressive Care Unit experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a North Carolina license or compact license

Required Skills/Experience: ICU or Step Down/Progressive Care experience
Unit/Facility Details: Patient Ratios – Med Surg 6:1 occasionally 7:1 ICU (typically more step down than ICU patients) 4:1 Type of equipment -
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend minimum expectation
