Previous Employment Requirements: Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.
Required Skills/Experience: Must have prior CA dignity Experience or they will not considered. Completing Initial assessments, IQ, DC planning. case manager needs to familiar with Interqual criteria. Utilization review is needed.
Types of Patients on Unit: Dealing with all payers, uninsured, homeless.
Technology Used on Unit: Interqual
Special Requests: We will train candidates in IQ. Both DC Planning and UM are required.
Shift & Scheduling: Every Other weekend. Would be at least one full weekend per month. Holidays not required, but will work if they are willing.
Floating Requirements: All areas of the hospital, no OP and no Home Care.
References: Need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked.
