Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 9 months of Physical Therapy experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

On call: No

Weekends: One weekend/month, will get weekdays off to balance out

Must have 1 year current Hospital acute care, IP Rehab or SNF experience

Patient Ratios: Varies on volume

Must be able to work varied Day shift hours

Preferred or nice to have: DPT

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Inpatient care to Orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic and general med/surg populations. Schedule determined by surgical volume, weekends and holiday rotation.
