Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Hospice experience.
Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Proof of Identification
Driver's license required

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: Experience with Home and GIP hospice care.
Shift & Scheduling:
- On Call: 7 On and 7 OFF
- We will need this individual to cover a 40 mile radius of that Marion office every other weekend and both Marion and Mansfield areas on the alternate weekend.
Floating Requirements: Position will float between the Marion and Mansfield territories which covers a general area of 30+ miles from our offices in Marion and Lexington Ohio.
