Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
Must have at least 12 months of Long Term Care experience.
Experience with PointClickCare is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
LTC/SNF RN
Required Skills/Experience: Must have prior LTC/SNF experience.
Preferred Skills/Experience: EMR: PCC in conjunction with paper charting.
Shift & Scheduling:
- Days: 7 A-3 P or 7-7 (typically 3 RNs and/or LPNs, 4-5 LNAs on each floor & 1 MNA); Evenings: 3 P-11 P; Nights: 11 P-7 A, 7-7 (typically 2 RNs and/or LPNs, 4-5 LNAs on each floor).
- Every other weekend and May be asked to work holidays.
Floating Requirements: Can float between either floor.
