Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is required from any number of months.
24 months of Long Term Care experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Declinations not accepted.
COVID booster required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Must start in the next 2 weeks

Start date can be any day during the week, based on education availability

Every other weekend

Monday to Sunday

No block schedules for any reason

LTC experience required

Floating required to other units as needed

Must be comfortable working with dementia patients (all units have dementia patients)

Submission Requirements:

IVS to OFFER

Must explain all employment gaps over 90 days

Must complete all work history information: bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.

Public transportation is NOT accessible in this area — reliable transportation (personal or rental vehicle) is strongly recommended

Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November–April

Travelers must read and adhere to their scheduled hours as outlined in their contracts — changes will not be accommodated

All preplanned time off must be communicated upfront — no time off will be honored after the assignment begins
