Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills and Experience: Experience in pediatric SLP. MBS for infants and children, swallow evals and treatments for infants and children. Experience including newborns, clinical swallowing eval for pediatrics, developmental experience, knowledge of standard pediatric testing measures and materials.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with developmental evals and experience in NICU (preferred)

Required Credentials: A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card
