Laboratory Manager
Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience.
Must be a Generalist CLS.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
5 years of laboratory experience preferred.
One year of leadership experience preferred.
Required Credentials: Bachelors Degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological sciences, chemical sciences or allied health technologies or equivalent: Required
Preferred Credentials:
National Credentialing Agency for Labs (NCA): Preferred in CA and HI
NCA certification is preferred.
Master's Degree: Preferred
Special Requests:
An interview may not be available prior to offer.
Must be able to start within 4 weeks of receiving an offer.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday to Friday but will require some flexibility to support staff in emergency situations after hours.
Floating Requirements: Travelers may float at any time between units and mid-shift to meet the needs of the patients and Client Facilities.
